Introducing SparkLayer PulseData Intelligence for B2B

Every wholesale business has a pulse. Start listening to yours.

Pulse turns the orders you already take into a live picture of your trade — who's growing, who's gone quiet, who owes you money — with an AI analyst that says who to call this morning, drafts the email, and builds the order. SparkLayer helps you take the orders — Pulse is how you grow them.

  • Spot silent churn weeks early, buyer by buyer
  • Ask Sparkie anything — answered with your numbers
  • Give every sales rep their day — visits, orders, even offline

Already on SparkLayer? Pulse works out of the box. Start using Pulse today. It reads the trade you already do through SparkLayer — your orders, buyers, price lists and quotes are all there the moment you sign in. No install, no migration, and nothing to change on your storefront.

One place for the whole trade. Orders, buyers, products, quotes and money owed — live, drillable, and wired to the actions that move them.

The whole trade, live: orders and GMV against target, products, open quotes and what's owed. Every number opens — a month to its orders, an order to its account, an account to two years of history.

  • Orders from SparkLayer, Shopify and CSV
  • Products, price lists, discounts and margin
  • Aged receivables — who owes what

Open the CRM and the day is already planned: overdue reorders, quiet accounts, promises you made — one ranked queue, deduped, with the reason and likely value on every row.

  • Ranked by urgency, priced by their usual order
  • Pipelines, tasks and one-tap call logging
  • Live smart lists: due · quiet · owing

Every follow-up, task and visit lands on one calendar, colour-coded by urgency. Tick one off anywhere and it's recorded against the account and the team's reports.

  • Overdue first — a promise never slips quietly
  • Every entry traces to a real account
  • Follow-ups ring the bell and the rep

A sweep runs every morning against your own trading patterns — an account that broke its cycle, a week that slumped, a champion gone quiet, a record order, a first order from a new country. You get told; you don't go looking.

  • Measured against each account's own rhythm, not a flat rule
  • One alert per thing, once — the bell and a daily round-up
  • From alert to action in one click — draft, reorder or call

Set goals for GMV, orders and buyers — and a target per rep, with monthly ramps. Every chart draws the line, and mid-month Pulse already says whether the pace gets you there.

  • Per-metric and per-rep targets, with monthly ramps
  • Run-rate: on pace or off, before the month ends
  • Attainment by rep — the same numbers as the leaderboard

SparkieSparkie · your AI trade analyst

Meet Sparkie — the analyst who has read every order you ever shipped. Grounded in your live trade — every buyer's rhythm, every product's run-rate, your targets and receivables. Ask in plain English, act in one click.

Sparkie Ask Sparkiegrounded in Northwind's live data
Who's at risk of going quiet this month?
Three accounts are drifting. Seabreeze Kiosk is 47 days silent after 8 steady orders — historically your win-back window closes around day 60. Willow Tea Rooms and The Tin Roof are both past 1.5× their own cycle. Combined, that's ~$840/month of regular trade cooling off.

Draft the win-back for Seabreeze — mention the new single-origin.
Sparkie is thinking…

Ask anything. Get your numbers back.

"Am I on track for target?" "Who should I chase for a reorder?" "What does Caffè del Porto usually buy?" Sparkie answers from a complete snapshot of your store — and every buyer it names becomes a button: draft the outreach, build the order, add to a worklist.

  • A proactive morning briefing, ranked
  • Outreach drafted in your voice
  • Action commands: "build a basket for X" — done
  • Honest by design — scoped to your store, never a guess

A weekly pack for every rep.

A weekly email with their book, targets and commission — top accounts, who's gone quiet, pace to goal. Managers get the league table.

Commission, calculated.

Flat, tiered or target-bonus plans with per-rep overrides — the cart ticker, My Day and the statement all run the same maths.

From basket to proposal.

One tap turns a cart into a priced proposal email — logged against the account, and counted when the order lands.

A trade counter till.

Counter mode turns a tablet into a till that knows the account — their price list, credit position and usual order.

And the everyday tools that make it stick. The small things a wholesale team reaches for a dozen times a day — all reading the same live data as everything above.

Questions & Answers.

Do I need to change my store or replatform?

No. Pulse reads the trade you already do through SparkLayer — plus Shopify-direct orders and anything you import from a CSV. There's nothing to install on your storefront and no migration.

What does it cost?

Pulse is free to use during early access. The AI actions — Ask Sparkie, drafted outreach, written reports — run on credits: a bundle is included to get you started, and further credits are paid.

How do I get access?

Sign up below and we'll onboard you in waves — hands-on setup and a direct line to the team. If you're already on SparkLayer, everything's ready the moment you're in.

How long does it take to see something useful?

Minutes. Pulse builds from your order history, so your numbers, buyer health scores and the first call list are populated the moment it connects — there's no empty-CRM phase to fill in.

What if some of our orders come in by phone or email?

Import them. The CSV importer maps your columns, matches buyers to existing accounts, and merges those orders into the same reports — so health scores and reorder timing count the whole picture, not just the web.

Is my data used to train an AI model?

No — your data isn't used to train the model. Sparkie narrates numbers Pulse has already computed for your store, each conversation is scoped to a single store, and buyer email addresses are masked before anything reaches it.

Can sales reps use it without seeing the whole business?

Yes — that's the point of the rep lens. A rep sees their own book, their own queue and their own commission; the merchant's targets, the league table and colleagues' accounts stay hidden.

Does it work offline?

Yes. The book downloads to the device encrypted, and visits, notes and orders queue until you're back in coverage. Signing out wipes the copy, so a lost phone isn't a lost book.

Your next 10% is already on your books. Growing the accounts you already have beats chasing cold ones — Pulse is how a team does that every day.
