Enterprise wholesale, without the enterprise rebuild.
SparkLayer Enterprise connects the way your customers buy, the way your sales team sells and the systems that already run your B2B operation. Keep your existing storefront and backend architecture, then add the B2B workflows, integrations and controls your business needs around them.
Pricing is scoped around your order volumes, sales organisation, systems and implementation requirements. SparkLayer does not take a percentage of your B2B order value.

Most B2B operations hit the same wall as they scale.
As B2B grows, the storefront, sales team and operational systems start pulling in different directions. Pricing lives in the ERP but is maintained somewhere else too. Orders arrive through eCommerce, sales reps, quotes and inboxes. Account managers reconstruct customer context before every conversation. Operations re-key information that already exists. Too often, the proposed solution is to replace everything. SparkLayer takes a different approach: keep the systems that work and add the B2B commerce and sales layer that connects them.
One B2B operating layer across buying, selling and systems.
Order themselves on the storefront you already run, at their own prices and terms.
See who needs attention in SparkLayer Pulse, quote, and order on the customer’s behalf.
Products, prices, terms and ordering rules follow the account whichever way it buys.
Pricing, stock, credit and account status in. Completed orders back out.
Invoices, payments and balances in sync with Xero, QuickBooks or your ERP.
Orders into the OMS, warehouse and 3PL flow you already run.
Commercial data is set once in the system that owns it, then used everywhere the customer relationship needs it.
The three layers
For your customers: a better way to buy.
Add a B2B buying experience to your existing storefront, with customer-specific products, pricing, pack rules, payment terms, company users, order history and fast ways to order and reorder.
For your sales team: a better way to sell.
Give every sales rep a clear view of the accounts they manage. Pulse shows who needs attention and why. Quoting and Sales Agent Ordering let them move straight from opportunity to transaction.
For your operation: keep it connected.
Use the pricing, credit, stock and customer data already held in your ERP and operational systems, then send completed orders and account activity back into the workflows that already run the business.
Start with the architecture you already have.
Enterprise B2B projects become expensive when every requirement turns into a replatform or a piece of bespoke middleware. SparkLayer starts by mapping the storefront, backend systems, commercial data and sales workflows you already have, then scopes the B2B layer around them. Before implementation starts, you get a written view of the proposed architecture, responsibilities and route to launch.
Discovery and technical scoping.
Map your storefront, ERP and operational systems, customer and pricing data, order flows, sales-team requirements and any custom workflows.
Written implementation plan.
Document the proposed architecture, integrations, responsibilities, risks and launch sequence before implementation begins.
Build and connect.
Configure SparkLayer, implement the agreed integrations and test the customer, sales-team and operational workflows end to end.
Launch and adoption.
Bring customers and sales users live through a controlled rollout, then support adoption and the operation as usage grows.
For your sales organisation
Give every sales rep a clearer book of business.
As the account base grows, sales performance depends less on remembering every customer and more on consistently spotting the accounts that need attention. SparkLayer Pulse gives sales reps a daily view of the customers they manage, including reorder signals, quiet accounts, tasks, quotes, invoices and account performance.
Account ownership
Control which customers each sales rep can access across territories, regions or account teams. Enterprise permissions let larger organisations keep account ownership and access clearly defined.
Reorder Radar
Learn each customer’s own buying rhythm and surface accounts that are due, overdue or beginning to go quiet.
Account context and follow-ups
Bring order history, products, quotes, invoices, buyers and activity together before the sales rep contacts the customer, then keep promised actions attached to the account.
From signal to transaction
Move directly from an opportunity into a quote or Sales Agent Order using the customer’s live pricing, terms and ordering rules.
Your ERP stays the source of truth. SparkLayer uses it where it is needed.
Your ERP may own pricing, customer status, credit or operational rules. A PIM may own product data. A warehouse system may own fulfilment and availability. SparkLayer Enterprise connects the data those systems own to the customer and sales workflows that need it, without asking your team to maintain another copy by hand. Commercial data comes in from the systems responsible for it. Orders and updates flow back to the systems responsible for what happens next.
Connect the systems your operation already depends on.
Use SparkLayer’s direct integrations where available, work with an integration partner or iPaaS for systems such as larger ERPs, or build the exact connection you need through the SparkLayer API. Xero and QuickBooks Online are supported directly for accounting workflows.
Advanced API access.
When a standard integration does not cover the workflow, use the SparkLayer REST API to connect custom data and systems, automate order flows or extend how SparkLayer works with your architecture. The Frontend SDK gives you the same flexibility on the storefront experience.
Proven against the problems enterprise B2B teams actually have.
£150,000 saved annually
“The number one selling point for SparkLayer from Evolution Vaping’s perspective was the variable platform fee. We estimate we’re saving £150,000 a year now.”
40+ hours saved every week
“We’re a small team, so to basically claw back a full-time person in time is quite significant for us.”
Custom SAP integration, dynamic trolley builder, live stock ordering up to 26 weeks ahead
“We needed developer recommendations - ones who already had a relationship with SparkLayer and understood the B2B angle. Haslo came out of that conversation, and we’ve been working with them, alongside SparkLayer, ever since.”
What does Enterprise include that other SparkLayer plans don't?
Enterprise is designed for larger or more complex B2B operations that need more than the standard configuration. Depending on the implementation, that can include higher or tailored order volumes, larger sales teams, advanced account-access controls, ERP and backend integrations, API and SDK requirements, custom data flows and a scoped implementation and support model.
SparkLayer Pulse, Sales Agent Ordering and the wider SparkLayer platform remain part of the same connected workflow. Your final Enterprise scope and entitlements are documented in your proposal and contract.
How does pricing work for SparkLayer Enterprise?
Enterprise pricing is scoped around order volume, sales-team requirements, integrations, implementation complexity and ongoing support. Book a scoping call and we will document the proposed architecture and commercial plan.
Enterprise plans currently start from $499 per month for qualifying configurations, with final pricing confirmed after scoping. Annual plans are available.
How quickly can Enterprise go live?
It depends on the architecture. A straightforward SparkLayer deployment can move quickly, while ERP integrations, custom storefront work or more complex data flows need a scoped implementation plan. We map those dependencies before you commit, so the launch route and responsibilities are clear.
Can our sales team use SparkLayer Pulse?
Yes. SparkLayer Pulse gives Enterprise sales teams a working view of the accounts they manage, including reorder signals, quiet accounts, quotes, tasks and customer context. Larger organisations can scope account ownership, access and territory requirements as part of the Enterprise setup.
Do you charge any other fees beyond the monthly fee?
Some Enterprise implementations include a one-off implementation fee where significant integration, configuration or bespoke work is required. Any implementation charges are documented during scoping, so you know the proposed ongoing and one-off costs before committing.
Can I use any eCommerce platform with SparkLayer?
SparkLayer supports a range of standard eCommerce integrations, including Shopify, BigCommerce and Wix, with more supported platforms listed in our integrations directory. For custom or unsupported commerce platforms, SparkLayer Ignite provides a framework for integrating SparkLayer into the storefront.
How does SparkLayer work alongside Shopify B2B and Shopify Plus?
SparkLayer works on Shopify and sits alongside the Shopify B2B capabilities available on your plan. It adds SparkLayer’s customer-ordering experience, sales-team workflows, quoting, Intelligent Cart, Pulse and integration layer around the same Shopify store. If you already use Shopify Plus, keep the Plus capabilities that matter to your business and use SparkLayer where you need additional B2B workflows. How it works has the detail.
Do I still get new features without being on the Enterprise plan?
Yes. SparkLayer’s core product continues to improve across plans. Enterprise configurations can include higher or tailored limits, Enterprise-specific controls and early access to selected capabilities where appropriate. Your contracted entitlements are documented as part of the Enterprise scope.
Do I still need the Enterprise plan if I do the integration myself?
Enterprise is based on the scale and complexity of the operation, not simply who builds the integration. If your order volume, sales team, backend systems or implementation requirements fall into the Enterprise scope, the Enterprise plan still applies even if your agency or internal team carries out part of the technical work.
Do I need to have Shopify Plus to be on the Enterprise plan?
No. SparkLayer works across Shopify plans. Shopify now offers native B2B on its standard plans as well as Plus, with capability and catalogue limits that vary by plan. SparkLayer can be used alongside whichever Shopify plan fits the rest of your commerce requirements.
If you’re comparing Shopify’s native B2B with SparkLayer Enterprise, talk to us about the workflows, sales-team requirements and integrations you actually need and we’ll map the options.
Who will I work with if I'm using the Enterprise plan?
You will work with the SparkLayer team through scoping, technical planning, implementation and launch. For more complex projects, we coordinate with your internal team, agency and integration partners as needed, then keep supporting the operation after go-live. Your Enterprise support model and communication channels are confirmed as part of the scope.
What support do you offer?
Enterprise customers receive priority support with extended coverage and response targets defined in the Enterprise SLA.
Can I still trial SparkLayer using the Enterprise plan?
Enterprise projects usually begin with scoping rather than a conventional free trial, because the value often depends on integrations, data and sales workflows that a generic sandbox cannot represent. You can still create a standard SparkLayer account to explore the core product, and we can demonstrate the Enterprise workflows relevant to your setup during scoping.
Start with the scoping, not the pitch.
Show us the storefront, systems, customer data and sales workflows that need to work together. We will map the proposed SparkLayer architecture, integration requirements and route to launch before you commit.
