Linnworks and SparkLayer

Linnworks is a multi-channel platform that lets you connect, manage, and automate your eCommerce operations. From inventory and stock, order management, right through to fulfilment.

The Linnworks integration for SparkLayer is available for all Shopify merchants that already use Linnworks and allows you to bring B2B pricing and B2B ordering to your Shopify store. It works on top of your existing Linnworks Shopify integration and pulls in B2B pricing that you configure on a per product basis. Any B2B orders that are placed on your Shopify store via SparkLayer then get sent back into Linnworks for processing and fulfilment.

Which SparkLayer plan do I need to use the Linnworks integration?

The Linnworks integration is available on the Professional and Enterprise plans, for merchants running Shopify alongside Linnworks. You install the SparkLayer app in your Linnworks account, then activate the integration in the SparkLayer Dashboard under Integrations > Partner Integrations with your authorisation token.

How does B2B pricing sync from Linnworks?

Linnworks stays the source of truth for pricing. You create price lists in SparkLayer, then map them to Linnworks extended properties using matching handles prefixed with 'b2b' (for example 'b2b_base_list'). Pricing updates sync every hour, and the extended properties format supports simple prices, tiered quantity breaks (like '7.00,10+5.00') and units of measure.

How do customers and customer groups work?

Customer data is managed in Shopify via the normal methods - you set up SparkLayer customer groups so each buyer sees the correct price list.

How do B2B orders reach Linnworks?

Orders placed via SparkLayer are synchronised from Shopify into Linnworks using your existing integration, with your special B2B pricing shown on the orders.
